Maria’s Kitchen specializes in making delicious Mexican, Honduran and Puerto Rican food, using only the freshest ingredients. One of our owners is from Honduras and has years of experience cooking authentic Honduras food. The other owner in our family owned business has Mexican and Puerto Rican heritage and knows the ins and outs of cooking top notch dishes. What’s more, our owners have traveled across the United States to obtain inspiration for the dishes we serve on our food truck. And if you like tacos, you should note that we make our own, fresh tortillas each day!
